Went to an IEEE meeting tonight that had some people from Digital Focus talking about Agile Software Development. The topic touched on the disciplines of Xtreme Programming, but there wasn't a really solid example of how to use them.
There was discussion after the meeting at the local Mellow Mushroom about how there really wasn't any concrete samples. For a good example of how agile development works and to get a feel of how to work with changing requirements and assigning time and whatnot you could download the XPGame, but I couldn't find it since it's not available anymore!
The Xp Game was a .pdf you could download and print out cards and whatnot that are used in the planning portion of an agile process. It was really helpful to use with management that was unfamiliar with the terms and process, but wanted to use it. Unfortunately, the XP Game is no longer available for download anywhere. Either that or my Google skills are starting to slack.
